Always interview the child care provider and look at the facility before you make a decision. Always take your child/children with you! It's important that you see how the provider interacts with your child/children and how your child/children respond to the provider. We all know parents play the most important role in the life of a child, however, the relationship between a child and a child care provider can affect a child's self-image and how he or she views the world.
